This is the 2nd of 5 books in the Homecoming series. Moozh, an ambitious general from a neighboring country arrives at Basilica and this entire book deals with the struggle for control of Basilica and the preparations of Nafia and his family to leave Basilica for the desert, per the Oversoul’s direction. The entire series of books are excellently written and definite keepers.
