The company will cooperate with legitimate requests from legitimate government agencies when required by law. All personal information of Registered Account Holders will be used solely for the internal purposes of Logosity Emporium, to the extent necessary to process purchase transactions, collect debts, send internal marketing emails to customers, and address any and all other activities associated with the business’s operations. If a customer’s personal information is shared with a supplier to accommodate drop-shipping products, The Logosity Emporium has no control over what third parties do with the customer’s information. The Logosity Emporium reserves the right to publicly identify any person or entity that maliciously or otherwise acts harmfully against the website, personnel, or other aspects of The Logosity Emporium.

This website is not intended for children under the age of 13, and The Logosity Emporium will not knowingly collect information from or register anyone under the age of 13.

The Logosity Emporium has no control over the privacy policies of other websites that may be linked to/from this website. Customers are responsible for reviewing those sites’ privacy policies to their satisfaction.

General Policies

Logosity Emporium adheres to the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and responsibility. We will not knowingly ship any products to a location where legitimate governmental regulations legitimately prohibit that product, but determining whether a particular product is allowed in their location is solely the responsibility of the customer. If the product is not allowed, don’t order it.

Warranty issues for items that carry a manufacturer’s warranty must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. The Logosity Emporium will offer assistance, but the responsibility and liability of the warranty lie with the manufacturer.

Disputes are subject to the law of the State of Georgia, and by using this web site, customers agree to consent to the jurisdiction of the Georgia state courts, and expressly waive a trial by jury in all matters.
